Check your spam folder for a message from noreply@mail.blacklayers.ca. Codes expire after 10 minutes; tap “Resend code” for a new one.

How do credits work?

Each outfit generation uses one credit. New accounts start with free credits. You can buy credit packs, or subscribe to Virtual Try Room Premium for unlimited generations.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Profile and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so they follow you to a new device.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Delete Account. You will confirm with a code sent to your email, then everything is erased immediately and permanently. See our Privacy Policy.
